Apprentice Electrician at Prime Partners

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Apprentice Electrician to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain industry knowledge and experience in a wide range of electrical projects. The Apprentice Electrician will work under the direct supervision of a licensed Electrician, learning the trade while assisting with electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting with the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems including wiring, circuit breakers, and switches under the guidance of a licensed Electrician.

2. Adhering to all quality and safety codes.

3. Utilizing electrical blueprints and diagrams effectively.

4. Performing regular maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, installing outlets, etc.

5. Assisting in diagnosing electrical problems and identifying their solutions.

6. Collaborating with team members to complete large-scale projects.

7. Keeping all work areas clean and organized to maintain a safe work environment.

8. Completing all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently, while continually learning and applying new information.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Current enrollment in, or completion of, a recognized Electrical Apprenticeship program is highly preferred.

3. Basic knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.

4. Strong problem-solving abilities.

5. Ability to use electrical and hand tools safely and effectively.

6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

7. Ability to work in a team and follow directions accurately.

8. Willingness to learn and improve skills continually.

9. Physical stamina to undertake manual labor, including the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.

10. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Requirements:

1. Must be able to pass a drug and background check.

2. Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

3. Must be willing to work in various weather conditions and on weekends, if required.
