Cookie settings
Best Electrician Jobs uses essential cookies for account security and optional analytics to understand traffic and account acquisition. Google Analytics, privacy-minimized job performance counts, and first-touch account attribution do not run unless you allow Analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or Google Signals.
Your saved choice
Checking your preference…
Choose either option below. If you turn Analytics off after allowing it, we delete the Google Analytics cookies available to this site and reload the page without the Google tag.
First-touch account attribution
When you allow Analytics, we can keep a signed first-party cookie for up to 30 days containing the first landing path, external referrer domain and path, and allowlisted UTM or ad click parameters. Query strings and fragments are not stored.
If you create an account during that period, one insert-once attribution record is attached to the account and the temporary cookie is removed. The record is not created for visitors who do not sign up. Turning Analytics off removes the temporary cookie.
Essential cookies
Authentication, session, security, form-protection, and preference cookies keep accounts signed in and protect requests. These cookies are required for account and dashboard features and cannot be disabled through the website.
Job performance counts
When you allow Analytics, public job pages count views and selections of the Apply button. Employers see only aggregate totals for their own jobs together with applications submitted through Best Electrician Jobs.
The job performance database does not store raw IP addresses, user agents, full URLs, referrers, email addresses, or a browser visitor ID. The server creates a one-way keyed value to avoid counting the same view repeatedly in a 30-minute window, and that temporary value is retained for no more than about 48 hours.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics measures visits, pages viewed, approximate
location, browser and device information, and interactions. Its
default website setup uses a first-party identifier such as the
_ga cookie. Google states that Analytics uses IP
addresses at collection time and does not log or store individual
IP addresses.
We request Analytics consent on your first visit. Analytics is disabled on sign-in, account, dashboard, and application pages even when you allow it. Google also provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Vercel Web Analytics
Vercel provides aggregated website traffic measurements without using third-party cookies. Vercel says its Web Analytics visitor identifiers reset daily and are not designed to identify a person across websites.
Browser controls
Most browsers let you view, block, and delete cookies. Blocking all cookies can prevent sign-in, password recovery, forms, and dashboard features from working. For more information, read our Privacy Policy or contact support.
