Pausing or unpublishing takes a job off the site right away, so name the exact job when you ask.

You need an employer account with your company setup finished.

    In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector. In ChatGPT, turn on developer mode and create a connector.

  • What you ask your assistant to read is sent to the company behind it: Anthropic for Claude, or OpenAI for ChatGPT. That includes job details, applicant details such as contact details, and résumé text. Their terms apply to it.
  • We don't record your conversations. We keep a record of which tools ran and whether they worked, for 180 days.
  • Use applicant information only for hiring, and follow the law.

Who is this for?

Employers with a Best Electrician Jobs account and a finished company setup. It doesn't work with job seeker accounts.

Can I buy job slots through the assistant?

No. Nothing can be bought through the assistant. Publishing uses the posting slots you already have. Plans and billing stay on the website.

Can my assistant see other companies' jobs or applicants?

No. You sign in with your own employer account, and the assistant only sees your company's jobs and the people who applied to them.

Do you keep my conversations?

No. We keep a record of which tools ran and whether they worked, for 180 days. Your conversation itself stays with Anthropic or OpenAI under their terms.

How do I disconnect?

Open Connected apps in your account and select Disconnect. Removing the connector only inside Claude or ChatGPT doesn't cancel the connection on our side.
