What needs your approval
Claude shows an approval prompt before it publishes a job, rejects an applicant or hires an applicant. Read it, then approve or cancel.
Everything else happens as soon as you ask, including pausing or unpublishing a job. Name the exact job or applicant to avoid mix-ups.
Questions
Will Claude change anything without asking me?
Only three actions wait for your approval: publishing a job, rejecting an applicant and hiring an applicant. Claude shows an approval prompt for each one. Everything else happens as soon as you ask: reading, private drafts, pausing or unpublishing a job, moving applicants to Reviewed or Shortlisted, and team notes.
Who can see my data?
You sign in with your own employer account, and Claude only sees your company's jobs and the people who applied to them. What you ask Claude to read, including applicant contact details and résumé text, is sent to Anthropic under their terms. Applications and résumés are never public on Best Electrician Jobs.
Can job seekers use this?
No. It only works with employer accounts. Job seekers find and apply to jobs on the website as usual.
Why isn't Best Electrician Jobs in Claude's connector directory?
It isn't listed there yet. Until it is, add it as a custom connector with the URL on this page. It works the same way.
Can I buy job slots in Claude?
No. Nothing can be bought through Claude. Publishing uses the posting slots you already have. Plans and billing stay on the website.
Do you keep my Claude conversations?
No. We keep a record of which tools ran and whether they worked, for 180 days. The conversation stays with Anthropic.
How do I disconnect?
Open Connected apps in your Best Electrician Jobs account and select Disconnect. Claude loses access right away. Removing the connector only in Claude's settings doesn't cancel the connection on our side.
