Core Security Alarm Installer Responsibilities

• Installation and Integration: Install and integrate security alarm systems tailored for large commercial properties and multi-unit residential buildings.
• Configuration and Testing: Mount and configure motion sensors, glass break detectors, and door/window contacts. Program systems to integrate seamlessly with building access control systems. Conduct thorough system tests to confirm functionality.
• Client Walk-throughs: Perform system walk-throughs with clients, clearly explaining operational features and settings.
• Maintenance and Repair: Repair or replace damaged components, ensuring all wiring and sensors are in optimal condition.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of installation work, documenting device locations and programming specifics.

Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years as a Security Alarm Installer.
