What Your Week Actually Looks Like

As a Residential Journeyman with Prime Partners, you’ll take the lead on various residential electrical projects throughout Lynchburg, VA, and surrounding areas. Unlike other employers, we specialize in complete wiring retrofits for older homes, ensuring that each project is handled with precision and care. You’ll supervise small crews, coordinate closely with site supervisors, and maintain impeccable daily logs and safety standards. What You’ll Need to Succeed

To thrive at Prime Partners, you must hold a Virginia Journeyman Electrician License and have at least 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in residential construction and retrofits. We’re looking for someone who can manage small teams and has a deep understanding of NEC and Virginia-specific codes. Practical skills are our priority, and we value experience with government-funded construction work. A clean driving record and your own set of hand tools are essential. Beyond the technical skills, we seek individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of leading by example.
