At Prime Partners, you’ll spearhead residential electrical projects throughout Charlottesville, VA, and nearby areas. Your week involves managing complete wiring retrofits in historic homes, leading small but skilled crews, and coordinating with site supervisors to ensure seamless project execution. We tackle a variety of projects, from luxurious new builds to essential senior housing renovations. Your role will include running conduit, terminating circuits, and replacing outdated components. Each day, you’ll maintain rigorous safety standards and keep detailed daily logs, ensuring both efficiency and compliance.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Skills and Experience

To thrive with us, you need a Virginia Journeyman Electrician License and at least 6 years of hands-on experience in residential construction and retrofits. Practical skills are paramount, so if you have a knack for managing teams and a deep understanding of NEC and Virginia-specific codes, you’re the right fit. Experience with government-funded projects is a plus. A clean driving record and a set of personal hand tools are essential. We’re looking for someone who is not only technically proficient but also a strong leader and effective communicator.
