Core Residential Electrician Responsibilities

• Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and retrofit electrical systems in residential buildings. This includes pulling wire, installing outlets, switches, fixtures, and performing panel upgrades.
• Advanced Technical Duties: Conduct complex troubleshooting of electrical systems, perform energy-efficient upgrades, implement smart home technology integrations, and manage electrical installations in historical properties.
• Regional Project Specifics: Work on projects funded by state and federal programs, ensuring compliance with prevailing wage requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensing and Experience: Possess a State of Michigan Journeyman Electrician License with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in residential installations and remodels.
