Journeyman Electrician

Why Join Prime Partners?

What Your Week Actually Looks Like

At Prime Partners, we pride ourselves on tackling complex commercial construction projects that truly challenge and inspire. As a Journeyman Electrician, you'll be planning, laying out, and installing comprehensive electrical systems in new commercial builds. You'll dive deep into reading and interpreting intricate blueprints and electrical schematics, ensuring precision in every installation. Our projects range from installing power distribution and lighting systems to sophisticated energy management setups. Every day brings something new, whether you're installing conduit systems, pulling wire, or troubleshooting electrical issues to ensure compliance with all safety standards. You'll be working alongside a team of skilled professionals, collaborating with other trades to deliver excellence.

What You'll Need to Succeed

We value experience and practical skills over paper qualifications. With over 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial electrical installations, you'll need a valid license from the CA Department of Industrial Relations. Your ability to supervise apprentices and coordinate effectively with other trades is crucial. Beyond technical prowess, we look for team players with a strong work ethic and a knack for problem-solving. Your personality—resilient, adaptable, and collaborative—will be key in thriving here.
