Qualifications for IT Technical Analyst
- 3-5 years of experience as an IT Technical Analyst
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in mid- to large-scale IT environments
- Familiarity with compliance standards (SOC 2, NIST) and audit preparation
- Proficiency in system monitoring, access control, and incident management
- Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience with technical troubleshooting and understanding infrastructure components, including cloud and virtualization technologies
Responsibilities for IT Technical Analyst
- Provide technical analysis and support across infrastructure and compliance initiatives for commercial clients
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve escalated IT support issues
- Collaborate with IT security teams to support audits, vulnerability assessments, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, NIST)
- Maintain documentation for systems architecture, controls, and incident response procedures
- Analyze logs, metrics, and performance data to improve IT reliability and reduce incidents
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and compliance to maintain secure, scalable environments
