As a seasoned Commercial Electrical Foreman at Prime Partners, your week is all about leadership and precision. You'll be at the helm of commercial electrical crews working on significant construction projects across Sugar Land, TX, and beyond. Each day, you'll coordinate operations, from manpower allocation to material staging and tool management. You'll ensure that every task, whether it's conduit installation, wire pulls, or panel terminations, aligns with project plans and specifications. Safety is paramount, and you'll conduct job site safety meetings, enforcing OSHA and company guidelines. Your role is pivotal in liaising with general contractors, inspectors, and project managers, ensuring any issues are swiftly resolved and schedules maintained. Our projects range from high-rise office buildings to expansive retail spaces, each offering unique challenges and rewards. What You'll Need to Succeed

To thrive with us, you'll need extensive experience in commercial electrical work, particularly in leading projects and managing crews. A strong grasp of NEC code, blueprint reading, and construction sequencing is essential. We value practical skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple trades to meet deadlines. While OSHA 30 certification is preferred, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are non-negotiable. Your leadership experience, especially in guiding teams of five or more electricians on commercial jobs, will set you apart.
