Prime Partners is hiring a Commercial Apprentice Electrician in Long Beach, CA. We’re looking for a motivated tradesperson with 2–4 years of electrical experience who is ready to grow in the commercial construction field.

What You’ll Do

Support journeymen and lead electricians with conduit installation, basic bending, wire pulls, box layout, cable tray, and raceway work. Help move materials, follow prints and instructions, and keep the job site clean, safe, and organized. This role is ideal for someone eager to build hands-on skills and take the next step in the trade.

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of electrical experience preferred, including some exposure to commercial work and conduit bending. You should be reliable, able to work well on a crew, have consistent attendance, and maintain dependable transportation. A strong work ethic and desire to learn are a must.
