You'll assist journeyman and foreman electricians with installations of conduit, wire pulls, and electrical panels, among other tasks. These aren’t just any projects; we tackle everything from new commercial builds to intricate renovations. Our projects are diverse and challenging, ensuring no two weeks are the same.

Teamwork and Learning

Our team structure is built on collaboration and mentorship. You'll work closely with seasoned professionals who are committed to guiding you every step of the way. Learn to read blueprints, interpret electrical diagrams, and understand NEC codes. Your role will also involve maintaining clean and safe job sites and operating various tools under supervision. Safety is paramount, so you'll become adept at following protocols and using personal protective equipment effectively.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Skills and Attributes

Prime Partners values practical skills over paper qualifications. While a high school diploma or equivalent is required, what truly matters is your understanding of electrical tools, materials, and safety practices. With 2-5 years of experience, a strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to learn from senior team members will set you apart. Physical fitness is essential, as you must be able to lift 50 lbs and work on elevated surfaces. An interest in joining an electrical apprenticeship program is a plus.
