Must Haves for Apprentice Electrician

1–3 years of electrical or construction experience preferred. You must be dependable, have reliable transportation, and be ready to work in active construction environments. Basic tool knowledge and a strong willingness to learn are essential. We need someone with good attendance, a team-first attitude, and the ability to take direction without slowing the job down.

Key Apprentice Electrician Duties

Assist with conduit runs, wire pulls, box installation, and general job site prep. Help bend EMT and route MC under supervision. Keep materials organized, maintain tools, and follow all safety procedures. You’ll also start learning blueprint reading and layout basics as you support the crew.
