At Jonsson Electrical, we’re urgently seeking a Residential Apprentice Electrician to join our team. This role involves supporting experienced journeymen on new-construction projects, predominantly in single and multi-tenant homes. Must Haves for Residential Apprentice Electrician

• 0-2 years experience as a Residential Apprentice Electrician
• High school diploma/equivalent or current secondary student (16+)
• Ability to learn and take direction from a Journeyman
• Must obtain/maintain Utah Apprentice Electrician license (JES can assist)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic electrical hand tools per experience year
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and teamwork

Key Residential Apprentice Electrician Duties

As a Residential Apprentice Electrician, your duties will include:

• Supporting journeymen on new-construction single and multi-tenant homes
• Staging materials, using hand/power tools safely, and learning to install boxes, devices, and fixtures
• Assisting with pulling wire, labeling, and basic terminations under supervision
• Helping with conduit measuring/bending and MC layout
• Maintaining clean work areas and following safety rules
• Reliably reporting to assigned sites and lifting up to 50 lbs
