Position overview

Install electric vehicle charging equipment at commercial and multifamily properties across Phoenix. The work includes evaluating available capacity, installing circuits and equipment, and confirming reliable charger operation.

Responsibilities

Install conduit, conductors, breakers, disconnects, pedestals, and EV charging equipment.

Review load information and project drawings before modifying panels or service equipment.

Test charger operation, label circuits, and record equipment and commissioning information.

Working conditions and schedule

This is field-based onsite work with regular travel between Phoenix-area projects. Outdoor work and early starts may be used during hot weather.

Required qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least three years of commercial or residential electrical experience is required.

Ability to work onsite in the Phoenix area.

Relevant electrical experience may be considered in place of the education requirement.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with EV chargers, load calculations, networked equipment, trench coordination, or service upgrades is preferred.

Compensation

The expected pay range is $30 to $39 per hour. Final pay depends on experience and the contractor's review.
