• 4-6 years of experience as a High Voltage Battery Electrician
• Electrical license with battery safety certification
• Experience with lithium-ion and high-capacity storage systems
• Knowledge of charge-discharge cycles, BMS systems, and thermal management
• PPE and safety knowledge for high-voltage DC

Key High Voltage Battery Electrician Duties
