Core High Voltage Battery Electrician Skills
Our ideal candidate will hold an electrical license with battery safety certification. Experience with lithium-ion and high-capacity storage systems is highly desirable. We require knowledge of charge-discharge cycles, BMS systems, and thermal management. You should also have an understanding of PPE and safety knowledge for high-voltage DC.
Main High Voltage Battery Electrician Duties
Your main duties will include the installation and maintenance of high-voltage battery systems for EV or energy storage applications. You will also be responsible for diagnosing performance issues and conducting thermal/voltage testing. Compliance with safety standards is crucial. You will integrate batteries with inverters and charge controllers, maintain logs and test data, and assist with field retrofits and emergency repairs.
