Main Electric Vehicle Apprentice Duties

As an apprentice, you will work closely with licensed EV electricians to learn safe installation practices for Level 2 and Level 3 charging stations; assist with trenching and conduit placement; calibrate meters and sensors with supervision; test charging station output using diagnostic tools; monitor energy usage data and document abnormalities; prepare permit packets and inspection forms.
