The Apprentice Electrician Position
As an Apprentice Electrician, you will be immersed in a dynamic work environment that offers hands-on experience and the opportunity for growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting in the installation and testing of EV charging stations, maintaining tools, and ensuring worksite cleanliness. You will work under the supervision of experienced Journeyman Electricians, gaining invaluable knowledge and skills. Core Apprentice Electrician Responsibilities
In addition to the duties mentioned above, our Apprentice Electricians are expected to learn how to read blueprints and circuit diagrams, follow NEC guidelines for low-voltage and 240V installations, and attend weekly safety meetings and hands-on training sessions. You will also be required to shadow Journeyman Electricians during EVSE installations and repairs. Advanced technical duties include troubleshooting electrical systems, performing preventive maintenance, and preparing job documentation.
Required Experience & Skills
We require our Apprentice Electricians to be enrolled in a certified electrician apprenticeship program and have a basic understanding of electrical theory and safety. A willingness to work in outdoor and industrial environments is essential, as is the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are also required.
Tools & Equipment
Our Apprentice Electricians make daily use of a variety of tools, including multimeters, wire strippers, and conduit benders. You will be expected to have your own personal hand tools, but company-provided equipment such as power tools and heavy machinery will be provided.
Physical Requirements
The position requires frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs and the ability to climb ladders. The work environment can be physically demanding and may involve working in outdoor and industrial settings. Appropriate safety gear, including hard hats, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots, is mandatory.

Compensation Package
Our compensation package is highly competitive, with a salary range of $21.66-$27.72 per hour depending on experience.
