Aspen Electric is hiring a full-time Residential Journeyman Electrician based in Sparks, NV. This role focuses on residential service work, and we need someone who takes pride in doing clean, reliable, code-compliant electrical work for homeowners. You will troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical systems in occupied homes. This is not new construction or commercial work. It’s one-on-one with customers, and professionalism matters just as much as your wiring skills.

Requirements- Nevada Journeyman Electrician Certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in residential electrical work, preferably in service
- Clean driving record with no exceptions
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Able to work independently in the field and represent Aspen Electric professionally
- Comfortable communicating with homeowners and explaining the work being performed
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in crawlspaces and attics
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues in existing homes
- Install new circuits, breakers, panels, lighting, outlets, and GFCIs
- Perform panel upgrades and service changes
- Conduct safety inspections and code corrections
- Communicate clearly with customers about scope of work and pricing
- Keep your work truck organized and stocked
- Use job tracking software (training provided)
- Follow NEC and local codes on every job
- Complete daily paperwork and update job notes accurately
- $38 to $42 per hour depending on experience and skill level
