What You’ll Need to Succeed

Experience and Expertise

A Michigan Journeyman Electrician License is your ticket to join us, coupled with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in residential construction and retrofits. Your deep knowledge of NEC and Michigan-specific codes will be invaluable as you manage small, dynamic teams. We value practical skills and your ability to troubleshoot in real-time over formal paper qualifications.
