Core Service Electrician Skills
We’re seeking a candidate with a journeyman license or equivalent field experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, strong communication and customer service abilities, and a thorough knowledge of NEC and local codes. The ability to work independently is crucial, as is a clean driving record. Experience with residential and commercial service work is required.
Main Service Electrician Duties
Our Service Electricians respond to electrical service calls at residential or commercial sites. Duties include troubleshooting and repair of electrical issues, installation of outlets, breakers, and lighting fixtures, and upgrading panels and systems. Interacting with clients and explaining issues clearly is a key part of the role. Ensuring job site cleanliness and professionalism, following all safety and code regulations, completing service documentation, and managing tools and service vehicle inventory are also crucial responsibilities.
