Required Skills for the Service Electrician

Our ideal candidate holds a Journeyman license or has equivalent experience in the field. They exhibit excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills and strong customer service abilities. Familiarity with NEC and local codes, ability to work independently, a clean driving record, and experience with both residential and commercial service work are all desired.

Primary Duties of the Service Electrician

As a Service Electrician, you will respond to electrical service calls at residential and commercial sites, troubleshoot and repair electrical issues, and install outlets, breakers, and lighting fixtures. You’ll be expected to upgrade panels and systems, interact professionally with clients, ensure job site cleanliness, follow all safety and code regulations, complete service documentation, and manage tools and service vehicle inventory.
