Your Daily Tasks as a Commercial EV Charging Electrician

Your typical day would involve installing EV charging stations by interpreting site plans and specs, running conduit, setting pedestals, and installing panels. You’ll work closely with utility providers and inspectors to ensure compliance with all regulations.

In addition, you’ll be our go-to for maintenance and warranty calls, ensuring our charging stations are always in top shape. Managing installation materials and documentation will be a significant part of your role, maintaining a steady supply and accurate records.

What You Need to Be a Commercial EV Charging Electrician

Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines, and municipal permitting is a must. You’d ideally have a track record of delivering high-quality work, meeting deadlines, and working effectively within a team.
