Master Electrician Position Overview
EV Careers is seeking an experienced Master Electrician for our operations in Spring Hill, TN. This individual will play a critical role in our construction and renovation projects, overseeing all aspects of electrical systems design and implementation. As our Master Electrician, you will also be responsible for managing teams, ensuring compliance with local codes, and maintaining project timelines and budgets.
Must Haves for Master Electrician
- Minimum of 6 years experience as a Master Electrician
- Licensed Master Electrician with extensive knowledge of NEC and local codes
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Experience in electrical design and system layout
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and city officials
- Technical proficiency with diagnostic tools and blueprints
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
Key Master Electrician Duties
As our Master Electrician, you will:
- Design and oversee electrical systems for construction and renovation projects
- Supervise electrical teams and job site activity
- Pull permits and ensure local code compliance
- Coordinate inspections and manage project timelines and budgets
- Provide expert troubleshooting support and develop safety and quality protocols
- Review electrical plans and lead client consultations and technical reviews
- Train and evaluate apprentices and journeymen
