Your responsibilities will include performing routine electrical maintenance, troubleshooting issues, responding to urgent repair requests, and maintaining detailed records of repairs and inspections.

Must Haves for Maintenance Electrician

• A minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Maintenance Electrician
• A valid Electrical license or a background in facilities maintenance
• Solid troubleshooting skills and repair experience
• Familiarity with building codes and maintenance practices
• Ability to work on-call or during off-hours
• Excellent communication and record-keeping skills
• Knowledge of electrical testing equipment and the ability to work independently

Key Maintenance Electrician Duties

As a Maintenance Electrician, your primary duties will include performing routine electrical maintenance on our building systems. You’ll be expected to inspect, test, and troubleshoot lighting, power outlets, and control panels. You will respond promptly to urgent repair requests, perform electrical upgrades and preventative maintenance, and maintain detailed logs of repairs and inspections. Other tasks include replacing ballasts, fuses, wiring, and fixtures, and coordinating with our facilities teams and vendors. All work must be carried out while adhering to strict safety standards.
