Must Haves for High Voltage EV Electrician

We are looking for someone with 4-6 years of experience as a High Voltage EV Electrician. You must have a valid electrician license with high-voltage certification. Proficiency in using electrical diagnostic tools and PPE for HV environments is crucial. Familiarity with energy storage systems and power electronics is desired. Strong technical and communication skills are also key for this role.

Key High Voltage EV Electrician Duties

Your main duties will involve the installation, servicing, and maintenance of high-voltage systems for electric vehicles and associated infrastructure. You will be required to ensure safety protocols for high-voltage operations, interpret technical schematics and equipment diagrams, and troubleshoot and repair EV electrical systems. You will also be responsible for testing insulation resistance and power delivery, coordinating with engineering teams for layout and specifications, documenting system performance and service logs, and ensuring NEC and OSHA compliance.
