Job Title: High Voltage Battery Electrician

Experience Required
A minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a High Voltage Battery Electrician.
Essential Skills
The candidate should possess an electrical license with battery safety certification. Experience with lithium-ion and high-capacity storage systems is a must. Additionally, in-depth knowledge of charge-discharge cycles, BMS systems, and thermal management is required. Familiarity with PPE and safety guidelines for high-voltage DC is also necessary.
Key Responsibilities
The High Voltage Battery Electrician will be responsible for installing and maintaining high-voltage battery systems for EV or energy storage applications. Other duties include diagnosing performance issues, conducting thermal/voltage testing, ensuring compliance with safety standards, integrating batteries with inverters and charge controllers, maintaining logs and test data, as well as assisting with field retrofits and emergency repairs.
