The ideal candidate is a licensed electrician with a solid background in EVSE installation. Key skills include high-voltage experience (480V+), comprehensive understanding of OCPP standards, load balancing, and utility interconnection. Strong diagnostic and field commissioning skills are a must.
Primary Responsibilities of EVSE High Voltage Electrician
The successful applicant will be responsible for installing and commissioning high-voltage EVSE systems at commercial and fleet facilities. Main duties include performing load calculations, running conduit and wiring for 480V+ systems, calibrating chargers, completing testing procedures, coordinating with network providers and utility reps, and maintaining accurate installation documentation and as-builts.
