DC Infrastructure Electrician Position Overview
EV Careers is urgently looking for a dedicated and skilled DC Infrastructure Electrician to support our construction projects in Pearl, MS. This role requires a broad knowledge of DC system behavior and safety, proficiency in installing and terminating cabling for distributed systems, as well as strong experience in telecom, solar, or battery systems.
Must Haves for DC Infrastructure Electrician
- 3-5 years experience as a DC Infrastructure Electrician
- Licensed electrician with DC wiring experience
- Strong understanding of DC system behavior and safety
- Ability to install and terminate cabling for distributed systems
- Experience with telecom, solar, or battery systems preferred
Key DC Infrastructure Electrician Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining direct current infrastructure, including wiring, conduits, and panels. They will work with low- and medium-voltage DC systems, ensuring code and safety compliance at all times. The role also includes supporting telecom, solar, and battery backup systems, troubleshooting control circuits, and coordinating with engineers on layout and system design.
