Structured Cabling Technician - Access Control at Prime Partners

Prime Partners is staffing structured cabling technicians for access control, security cabling, and commercial low voltage work in the Bellevue, NE area. This temporary contract role is for technicians who can handle cable installation from pathway setup through finish labeling and testing.

Pay rate: $22-$36 per hour

Location: Bellevue, NE area

Structured Cabling and Access Control Responsibilities

Work may include installing J-hooks, cable racks, innerduct, cable running lines, patch panels, wireless access point cabling, Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, copper, fiber strands over 100, faceplates, device labels, and security/access control cable rough-in. Technicians will also help test installed cable and troubleshoot to project standards.

This role needs technicians who can keep cable runs aligned with pathway plans, maintain a clean finished appearance, and communicate clearly with project leads. Access control and security cabling experience can help candidates qualify for higher-responsibility work.

Bellevue Commercial Project Work

This is temporary contract work planned for 40+ hours per week with possible extension. Prime Partners is the staffing agency supporting this opening and works with dependable technicians on steady structured cabling and low voltage assignments as needs continue.

The position is built for candidates who want hands-on commercial construction work, data center cabling exposure, and access control infrastructure experience.

Requirements for Low Voltage Technicians

Candidates should have commercial low voltage experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, the ability to pass screening, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Strong communication, clean finish work, and steady attendance are important for this project.
