What Your Week Actually Looks Like

When you join us, you’ll engage in diverse tasks such as installing and updating service panels, running EMT and MC cable, and supervising apprentices. We tackle a variety of projects, from retrofitting outdated systems to ensuring compliance with NEC and Virginia electrical codes. You’ll communicate with project managers, ensuring each project stays on schedule while maintaining safety in occupied housing units.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

To thrive with us, you’ll need a valid Journeyman Electrician License and at least 5 years of residential field experience. Your strong knowledge of NEC and Virginia codes, ability to read blueprints, and experience with federally funded or prevailing wage jobs will be crucial. We’re looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of mentoring junior electricians.
