Prime Partners is hiring an Apprentice Electrician with 1–3 years of electrical or construction experience to support active commercial job sites in El Segundo. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow their skills, learn from experienced electricians, and build a long-term career in the trades.
What You’ll Do
Assist with conduit runs, wire pulls, box installation, and general job site prep. Support EMT bending and MC routing under supervision, organize materials, maintain tools, and follow all safety procedures. You’ll also begin learning blueprint reading and layout basics while working in a fast-paced construction environment.
What We’re Looking For
Basic tool knowledge, a willingness to learn, strong attendance, dependable transportation, and the ability to work safely in active job site conditions.
What We Offer
Competitive pay of $32.98–$36.81 per hour based on experience, paid time off and holidays, career advancement opportunities, and ongoing training and certifications.
