Qualifications for Residential Electrician

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience as a Residential Electrician
• State of Michigan Journeyman Electrician License
• Expertise in residential installations and retrofitting legacy systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to work solo or in a team
• Reliable transportation and experience with HUD/MSHDA projects preferred

Responsibilities for Residential Electrician

• Install and maintain electrical systems in residential buildings
• Perform panel upgrades and retrofit existing systems
• Pull wire, and install outlets, switches, and fixtures
• Work on occupied senior housing units, ensuring safety and cleanliness
• Comply with NEC standards and state regulations
• Complete assignments on prevailing wage projects funded by state and federal programs
