You will play a crucial role in ensuring safety protocols for high-voltage operations and coordinating with our engineering teams for layout and specifications.

Must Haves for High Voltage EV Electrician

Our High Voltage EV Electrician must possess 4-6 years of experience in a similar role. We require a valid electrician license with high-voltage certification, and a deep understanding of EV systems and high-voltage safety standards. Proficiency in using electrical diagnostic tools and PPE for HV environments is essential. We’re looking for someone with experience with EVSE equipment and protocols, familiarity with energy storage systems and power electronics, and strong technical and communication skills.

Key High Voltage EV Electrician Duties

As a High Voltage EV Electrician, your primary tasks will involve installing, servicing, and maintaining high-voltage systems for electric vehicles and associated infrastructure. You’ll interpret technical schematics and equipment diagrams, troubleshoot and repair EV electrical systems, and test insulation resistance and power delivery. You will also be responsible for documenting system performance and service logs, and ensuring NEC and OSHA compliance.
