At EV Careers, we’re urgently looking for a seasoned High Voltage Battery Electrician in Roswell, GA. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and optimal performance of high voltage battery systems for electric vehicles and energy storage applications.
Must Haves for High Voltage Battery Electrician
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a High Voltage Battery Electrician.
- An electrical license complemented by a battery safety certification.
- Proven expertise in lithium-ion and high-capacity storage systems.
- A strong understanding of charge-discharge cycles, BMS systems, and thermal management.
- Extensive knowledge of PPE and safety protocols for high-voltage DC.
Key High Voltage Battery Electrician Duties
- Install and maintain high-voltage battery systems for EV or energy storage applications.
- Diagnose performance issues, carry out thermal/voltage testing, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Integrate batteries with inverters and charge controllers.
- Maintain logs and test data.
- Assist with field retrofits and emergency repairs.
