Your Daily Tasks as an Electrician Helper

As an Electrician Helper, your daily tasks will be varied and practical. You will support our electricians by preparing and organizing materials, cleaning work areas, and moving heavy electrical equipment. You may be required to run errands to fetch parts and supplies, or hold ladders and assist during the installation of conduits and the pulling of wires.

Ensuring the safety of the job site is also a critical part of your role. This includes setting up barriers and signs, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work area. You will also assist in basic troubleshooting and the use of multimeters under the direction of an experienced electrician.

Additional daily tasks may include assisting with the layout of electrical systems, the installation of electrical boxes, and the connection of wires to circuit breakers.

What You Need to Be an Electrician Helper
