Must Haves for Electrician Apprentice

To qualify for this role, you must have 2-5 years of experience as an Electrician Apprentice. You should be currently registered with a state-recognized apprenticeship program and have spent at least 2 years on construction or EV job sites. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power drills is a must, and we’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn high-voltage applications. CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus, and we value a positive attitude and a coachable mindset above all.

Key Electrician Apprentice Duties

As an Electrician Apprentice at EV Careers, your main responsibilities will include participating in the installation of EV infrastructure, assembling and disassembling EV panels and disconnects under supervision, and installing wire trays and mounting systems. You will also be expected to measure and cut conduit accurately, track inventory, and log your hours. Safety is a priority, so you will complete checklists and hazard assessments before each shift, and you will be required to study and apply national and local electrical codes daily.
