Our ideal candidate is a journeyman or master electrician with significant experience in DC fast charging. They must have a strong understanding of high-voltage safety and commissioning protocols. Familiarity with software platforms used in charger configuration and diagnostics is a must. They should also be capable of managing field projects and service tickets effectively.
Main DC Fast Charging Electrician Duties
The successful candidate will install and maintain DC fast charging equipment for EV fleets and public charging infrastructure. They will perform site surveys, handle trenching, wiring, and panel upgrades. They will also commission and test chargers, coordinate with utility and inspection authorities, and document and log charging station performance.
