The Apprentice Electrician Position
As an Apprentice Electrician, your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around assisting our skilled journeyman electricians with a variety of tasks. You’ll be exposed to different project environments, from residential to industrial, and will handle everything from pulling wires to bending conduits. Under the supervision of experienced electricians, you’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow within our company, progressing from apprentice to journeyman and potentially beyond.
Core Apprentice Electrician Responsibilities
As an Apprentice Electrician, some of your key responsibilities will include assisting in the installation and testing of EV charging stations, maintaining clean worksites, and learning to read blueprints and circuit diagrams. Advanced duties may involve working on high voltage systems, troubleshooting electrical issues, and understanding complex electrical codes. You’ll also be expected to adhere to strict safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for you and your team.
Required Experience & Skills
To qualify for this position, you need to be enrolled in a certified electrician apprenticeship program. You should have a basic understanding of electrical theory and safety, and be prepared to work in outdoor and industrial environments. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are also required. Ideally, you would have 2-5 years of experience as an apprentice electrician.
Tools & Equipment
As an Apprentice Electrician, you’ll be using a variety of tools on a daily basis. These include wire strippers, voltage testers, conduit benders, and more. We provide all necessary equipment for the job, but you’ll be expected to have your own basic hand tools.
Physical Requirements
The physical demands of this job include lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing ladders. You’ll be working in a variety of environments and weather conditions, so flexibility and resilience are key. All necessary safety gear will be provided to you.

Compensation Package
For your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20.99-$26.47 depending on experience.
