Residential Journeyman Position Overview
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a Residential Journeyman, your day will involve a variety of tasks, from conducting electrical installations to troubleshooting complex systems. You will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, planning layouts, and ensuring that all electrical systems are up to code.

Leading Residential Electrical Projects
You will lead residential projects across Nevada, including complete wiring retrofits on older structures, ensuring that our work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Supervision and Technical Duties
Supervising small crews, your technical expertise will be crucial in running conduit, terminating circuits, and replacing outdated components. You’ll coordinate with site supervisors to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
Regional Project Specifics
In Fernley and surrounding areas, you will engage in varied projects, from new housing developments to senior housing renovations, often working on prevailing wage jobs that require precision and adherence to specific guidelines.

Qualifications
Required Experience and Licenses
