The Senior Project Manager position requires the coordination and delivery of multiple, simultaneous projects considered small to medium in complexity with financial impact between $250K and $7M. The Project Manager has fiscal responsibility for all project facets, including project billing, job cost reporting, and overall customer satisfaction.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

Facilitate the execution of project/program solution plan for clearly defined sub-projects or sub-programs.
Be responsible for delivery of results for the respective process steps.
Guide technical or administrative staff.
Act as a functional process resource on projects or programs.
Contribute to continuous improvement plan.
Perform active role in maintaining functionally focused client relationships.
Be responsible for several projects of varying size.
Obtain PM@Siemens certification for C Projects ($2.5M).
Review project specifications, drawings and project-specific documents to establish project intent.
Develop and maintain a project schedule and coordinates needs with the project team. Identify time-sensitive installation needs.
Manage the requisition of supplies and materials to complete projects.
Review plans and specifications and participate in project cost reviews.
Assist Operations Manager in the solicitation and contracting of subcontractors.
Conduct an orientation for project technicians and provide project documentation, including scope of work, drawings, applicable specifications, application-engineered drawings, project contacts, etc.
Track resources and project progress.
Document project events that impact the schedule, scope of work, and project efficiency.
Pursue project-specific change-order opportunities.
Coordinate and pursue project-specific billing; coordinate with Accounting team and Operations Manager.
Schedule project-specific commissioning resources and provide commissioning documentation.
Expedite the return of project-specific mark-ups for as-built development.
Complete project-specific close-out documentation.
Effectively manage and coordinate subcontractors to meet scope, scheduling, and financial requirements.
Adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and procedures; report unsafe conditions and actions.

Basic Qualifications:

Associate degree
Must be able to demonstrate ability to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to our customers
Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
Verbal and written communication skills in English
SIA CSPM certification preferred
Technical experience in the commercial security access/CCTV industry
3+ years of experience managing projects
Knowledge of industry-standard security communication protocols
Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens' fleet vehicle program

About The Role

We are seeking O&M Technicians at multiple experience levels (Tier 1–4) to join our growing Operations & Management (O&M) team. These roles are critical to ensuring the reliable performance, safety, and efficiency of our commercial solar energy systems.

Whether you’re newer to the field or bring extensive solar experience, you’ll play an important role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing solar system performance while working in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on solar panels, inverters, and related electrical and mechanical systems.
Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, electrical faults, or component failures to ensure maximum uptime.
Capture and review thermal imaging during system and property inspections.
Monitor system performance data and assist with performance optimization and corrective maintenance activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to support commissioning and ensure new solar installations meet quality standards.
Maintain accurate service records, documenting maintenance, repairs, and system performance data.
Adhere to all company safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
Maintain tools, testing equipment, and work vehicle in good working order.
Senior-level technicians (Tier 3–4) will lead troubleshooting efforts, provide advanced diagnostics, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications***Must have experience in Commercial solar installation to be considered*** All Levels:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade certification in electrical, mechanical, or renewable energy fields a plus.
Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with electrical systems.
Competent with hand and power tools; comfortable using multimeters and insulation resistance meters (IV Curve tracer preferred).
Able to work safely at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Tier 1–2 Technicians:

1+ years of experience in solar, electrical, or related technical fields.
Basic understanding of PV systems and electrical safety.
Willingness to learn through training and mentorship.

Tier 3–4 Technicians:

4+ years of experience in solar O&M, electrical, or related fields.
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Experience commissioning systems and leading field teams.
Preferred certifications: OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, NABCEP, NETA.

\n$35 - $50 an hourSalary will vary depending on your location and job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.\n

Job Overview:
Atlas OT is seeking an experienced BAS Field Service Manager to help lead and grow our building automation service work across the Denver metro area and Colorado Front Range. This role is ideal for a technically strong BAS professional who enjoys solving field problems, supporting customers, and developing technicians while helping build a scalable service operation.
The BAS Field Service Manager leads day-to-day BAS service, troubleshooting, commissioning, and field support activities while serving as a technical escalation resource for complex controls issues. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with team support, customer coordination, and process improvement to strengthen service quality, field execution, and long-term team growth.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of technical BAS, DDC, HVAC controls, or building automation field experience, along with 2–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience, and an interest in growing into a broader leadership role as Atlas expands its BAS service team.

Lead and support BAS service, troubleshooting, startup, commissioning, and field execution activities
Serve as a technical escalation resource for complex BAS, DDC, HVAC controls, networking, and integration issues
Support technician scheduling, field prioritization, and day-to-day service coordination
Mentor and develop BAS technicians in troubleshooting, programming, controls hardware, and customer communication
Review drawings, sequences, and project documentation to support accurate field execution
Maintain strong documentation, service records, and customer communication
Promote safe work practices and support consistent service standards
Help improve BAS workflows, service delivery, and team scalability as the business grows

Salary range: $95,000–$125,000 annually (Hourly equivalent: approximately $45.67–$60.09 per hour)

RequirementsRequired Requirements:

7+ years of hands-on BAS, DDC, HVAC controls, commissioning, or field troubleshooting experience
2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, supervising, or coordinating technicians, installers, subcontractors, or field teams.
Strong technical knowledge of BAS/DDC control systems, HVAC equipment operation, control sequences, integration, programming, and field service practices.
Experience with BAS system startup, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and service support.
Ability to diagnose controller-level, network-level, communication, graphics, alarm, wiring, sensor, actuator, and programming issues.
Working knowledge of communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LON.
Ability to read and interpret control diagrams, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, engineering specifications, and sequences of operation.
Experience supporting commercial HVAC systems and understanding how mechanical equipment interacts with BAS controls.
Ability to train and mentor technicians in both technical skills and professional field service expectations.
Strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, service requests, schedules, and technical escalations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with platforms such as Tridium Niagara, Distech, KMC, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Alerton, Automated Logic, or similar BAS systems.
Experience with BAS custom programming, graphics, alarming, trend analysis, sequence optimization, and system integration.
Experience with fault detection and diagnostics, energy optimization, analytics platforms, or retro-commissioning.
Experience supporting service agreements, maintenance contracts, quoted service work, and small projects.
Experience helping build or scale a BAS service team or branch.
Associate degree, technical school training, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent field experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, electrical systems, controls, automation, or a related discipline.
Relevant BAS, Niagara, HVAC, controls, or manufacturer certifications are a plus.
