You'll be responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Qualifications for Commercial Electrical Foreman

Minimum 7 years of experience as a Commercial Electrical Foreman
Proven leadership in managing crews of 5 or more electricians on commercial projects
Deep understanding of NEC code, blueprint reading, and construction sequencing
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities for Commercial Electrical Foreman

Lead and direct commercial electrical crews in all phases of construction
Coordinate manpower, material staging, and tool management
Ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
Oversee conduit installation, wire pulls, panel terminations, and lighting installation
