Required Experience & Certifications

4+ years of experience as a Building Controls Technician.
Expert in BAS/BMS systems (Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Siemens).
Proficient in HVAC controls and energy management systems.
NEBB Building Systems Technical Certification is required.
OSHA-30 Certification is required.
EPA Universal Certification is required.
Experience with Niagara Framework, Tridium, and LON/BACnet protocols.
Proficient in DDC programming, VFD configuration, and mechanical systems integration.

Desired Experience

Experience in construction or engineering is a plus.
Experience in building automation system design and programming.
Experience in electrical installation and troubleshooting.

Required Experience

The perfect candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:
