Key Responsibilities
Design and install complete electrical systems, calculate load requirements, and coordinate with BIM teams. Supervise installation crews and implement lighting control systems. Manage project material logistics, perform system commissioning, and install emergency power systems. Coordinate with mechanical trades and program building automation interfaces. Mentor junior technicians. In Hialeah, you’ll collaborate on the groundbreaking Hialeah Heights project to enhance the city’s skyline. Ensure compliance with Florida’s regional codes and embrace eco-friendly practices.
Required Qualifications
Possess a Journeyman electrical license with experience in BIM coordination and expertise in lighting controls. Demonstrate proven project management skills and certification for multiple lift types. Exhibit strong leadership abilities and knowledge of energy codes. Be proficient with building automation systems and demonstrate safety management skills. In Hialeah, familiarity with local building requirements and proficiency in Spanish are advantageous. 0-3 years of experience required for Apprentice work in a commercial setting.
